I Have to Weigh In Tomorrow…

It’s time.  Time for me to weigh in and face the music.  It is not going to be pretty.  It is probably going to be down right ugly.  But…it’s time.

No more denial.

No more lying to myself.

No more hiding behind bigger clothes.

No more pretending it doesn’t bother me, that is is “just a number on the scale!”

No more ignoring…

I am going to weigh in tomorrow.

No more excuses.

No more stress eating.

No more eating “because it is there.”

It is time to get a reality check and face the music.  Time to get back on the weight loss wagon.  Right now, I am not feeling so well riding the weight gain wagon.

Anyone else out there ready to get going in the right direction?

My sparkle group is doing a “20 Challenge” where we are going to lose 20 pounds in the next 20 weeks (from now until the end of the year).  A pound a week, through the holidays, is totally do-able for me.  If you are interested in joining the challenge, let me know and I will get you into contact with Jacynta, my sparkle queen.

The other thing I am going to do to get on the right path is I am going to host another DietBet.  I am going to start it on September 15 to run through the middle of October.  If you are interested in joining the DietBet, stay tuned for more information!

So, who else out there is ready to get back on track?  Who else will commit to weighing in, facing the music and moving on?  Comment below so I can cheer you on.  After all, we are all in this together!

There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.

I hate weigh ins, I am the WORST scale watcher ever. However, in the spirit of things, I’m all for joining in on this! I will studiously avoid that scale til the end and hope that it ends up being MORE than 20 pounds!

Never enough just to make an effort yourself, since forces may not be enough. Never enough just to hang on a lifeline, as I want to wait a little longer. I need to do both at the same time. http://vk.cc/2V1QrY

I keep running across the names “Jacynta” and “Sparkle a New Your” and now a “20 Challenge.” I am VERY interested in learning more. How can we expect to get more information for those of us who are interested? Am I the only one who hasn’t received a response? I’m feeling a little lost here.

This sounds like a very interesting challenge. I would be interested in hearing more info about it. I think setting small to large challenges is a very good way to keep motivated, keep pushing and really test yourself, this helps to build confidence.

I think it is very important to have a open mind when it comes to weightloss and be ready to try out different things, as one method may work well for one person but not for yourself. I think you have to work with your body, not against it, everyone has a different genetic make up. The principles are all the same , but very in degrees and quantity.

If you are looking for some tips, advise, methods and ideas to help you reach you’re weightloss goals, please feel free to check out my blog
