It’s time. Time for me to weigh in and face the music. It is not going to be pretty. It is probably going to be down right ugly. But…it’s time.
No more denial.
No more lying to myself.
No more hiding behind bigger clothes.
No more pretending it doesn’t bother me, that is is “just a number on the scale!”
No more ignoring…
I am going to weigh in tomorrow.
No more excuses.
No more stress eating.
No more eating “because it is there.”
It is time to get a reality check and face the music. Time to get back on the weight loss wagon. Right now, I am not feeling so well riding the weight gain wagon.
Anyone else out there ready to get going in the right direction?
My sparkle group is doing a “20 Challenge” where we are going to lose 20 pounds in the next 20 weeks (from now until the end of the year).
