The Knots Prayer

I saw this on my friend Cindy’s Facebook today and it was absolutely perfect and just what I needed to hear tonight:

Lord, Untie My Many Knots!

I will share some of my “nots” with you tomorrow.

What are the “nots” in your life that are holding you back?  Give the “nots” to God and let Him untie them so you can be free!

    What a wonderful prayer!! You are right we should never let the nots hold me back. I guess I did think I could NOT go on a diet and lose 15lb but I did via diet-to-go. So the nots at the moment are: I do not think I can do a half marathan. But by God I can try and maybe I can!!
