One Day I’m Gonna…

How many times have you said, “One day, I’m gonna ____________”.

Fill in the blank.  It could be start a weight loss journey, go on a new program, join a gym, call a friend, write a note, call a loved one you haven’t spoken to in forever, say you are sorry, clean out a closet…

The list goes on and on and on.

What are you waiting for?

If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it.

If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it.

The days, weeks, and months are going to pass by.  They are going to come and go whether you do something you want to do or not.

Things will always come up.  There will ALWAYS be something that is stopping you from doing what you would like to do.  There will always be a holiday, a birthday, an anniversary, a Friday night, a weekend…there will always be SOMETHING.

Don’t wait.

Whatever it is you are feeling led to do, DO IT!

Join the gym (You should totally try Crossfit if you haven’t!).

Join Weight Watchers

Start eating healthy

Walk around the block

Clean out that drawer that has been bugging you in your house.

Write that letter.

Make that phone call.

Don’t let another day go by where you said, “I wish I had.”

No more “One day I’m gonna…”

Do IT!

Live YOUR best life starting now because…

Great post. I am frustrated having lost my job and not losing weight, but gaining. I figured I’d use this time to work out like a freak, and was at fist, but have been letting myself get me down a lot lately. I started training for the Biggest Loser’s half marathon in WI in Sept, and the training is fun, but I am sore afterwards (feet, knee) so this has m cutting down on the daily :60-:90 walking treadmill routine I was doing well with a few weeks ago. I think if I get in the walking early and do much better on my food choices, I know I will get there. It has worked before.

I find your blog very real and inspiring. I would love it if you’d check out mine. Any feedback is appreciated. Keep up the good fight!

I found your blog via google today and needed to read this post! In my head, almost every day, I’m thinking…tomorrow, I’ll do ____. And guess what? Tomorrow never comes! I’m a procrastinator by nature, but my health isn’t something I should be waiting to make better. Today, first thing I did was reopen my weight loss blog. And I also updated my starting weight on WW. And now, I’m gonna get some water. Thanks for the post!!

Thank you for this…..i SO needed to read this today! I swear you were talking directly to me when I read this. I’m letting my life pass me by and every day I’m saying, tomorrow I’ll start, tomorrow I’ll go for that walk…….**sigh**. Thank you for slapping me on my head with your post ;) I needed it!

I have always said, i am gonna take my weight loss program seriously but found myself slackening. I maintain my goal of a strict diet for a while only to drift back into my old life style when under pressure either from home or work. I have learnt to take it one day at a time and thank you dear for your invaluable info. Recently i came across this product too and in the 3 weeks i have used it, the results are amazing. For mothers like me struggling to keep in shape, i would strongly recommend it though it is not limited to only mothers. Any body can surely use this and the resuls are so amazing; atleast it has worked for me to-date. Here is the link
