Fill in the blank. It could be start a weight loss journey, go on a new program, join a gym, call a friend, write a note, call a loved one you haven’t spoken to in forever, say you are sorry, clean out a closet…

The days, weeks, and months are going to pass by. They are going to come and go whether you do something you want to do or not.
Things will always come up. There will ALWAYS be something that is stopping you from doing what you would like to do. There will always be a holiday, a birthday, an anniversary, a Friday night, a weekend…there will always be SOMETHING.

Start eating healthy
Walk around the block
Clean out that drawer that has been bugging you in your house.
Write that letter.
