Well, I did it!
I took a week off from exercising and eating right and boy do I feel lousy.
I feel disgusted with myself and I could tell on the scale tonight when I weighed in at Weight Watchers. I gained 3.6 pounds. Who does that in one week? Now, I have to work extra hard to meet my Valentine’s Day goal.
Last week’s WW topic was splurging and using those 49 extra weekly points. Well…I sure splurged all right. The problem is, I splurged every night of the week. I don’t think that is what my leader meant. Confession time: Monday night-Taco Bell, Tuesday night-Waffle House, Wednesday night-Cheeseburger Bobby’s, Thursday night-Mellow Mushroom, Friday night-Rafferty’s (to celebrate my dad’s birthday).
Now, to look back on it and think of all the money we spent and calories I ate! UUUGGGGHHHH! Well…the good news is, a new week starts tomorrow for me. After weigh ins, I get to start over. Thank goodness because now I have to work extra hard to meet my goal. I just need to move more and eat less. This week, I am making a new goal. I am going to do Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred exercise videos at least three times this week.
