If you are like me, you pack your lunch the night before so you are ready to go the next morning. It’s that whole – Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail thing. If I don’t make it the night before, I am not a good planner.
This is my typical lunch:
Yes, I know the fork is on the wrong side. Excuse my lack of proper-ness. To be honest, I was just trying NOT to show the snowflakes on the other side. Hey…true etiquette can’t happen ALL the time! Anyway…back to what we were saying.
My husband and I love salads. We buy the huge thing of spring mix at Costco, throw in some chick peas, chicken, cucumber, shredded cheese, tomatoes, carrots, and peppers and call it a day. Easy Peasy.
But…sometimes we get bored and want some different ideas.
Fitness Magazine came up with 11 Easy Lunches to help you lose weight. You must check out some of the yummy recipes. There are some great ideas including pizza, salads, chili, pasta and wraps. Even yours truly was put on there with this Cheesy Chicken Wrap:
