Work the Plan – Weekly Weigh In

I’m going to make this quick and to the point.  Whatever you decide to do to lose weight, do it.  Work the plan and the plan works.  Period.  It is that simple and that effective.  I don’t care if you are doing Paleo, Weight Watchers, Keto, MyFitnessPal, Quick Weight Loss, Jenny Craig, or intermittent fasting.  WHATEVER you have decided to do, do it.  Stick to it and commit.  I don’t doubt all of these will work for you if you work them.

I am going to do a minute of catch up really quickly.  Monday, January 14, the week after my last weigh in post, I was down another 1.8 pounds.

Yesterday, January 21, I was up 0.4.

There are a few reasons for the gain and it wasn’t because I worked the plan perfectly.  It was because I didn’t.  I veered a little.  Ate out a little.  Cheated a little.  Gained a little.  See how that works?

I am going to challenge you.  Pick a day…tomorrow, Thursday, Friday.  Whatever day you want and decide for the next week…the next 7 days, you are going to work your plan with PERFECTION.  Do what you are supposed to do and NO CHEATS.  Let’s just see how well the plan we have chosen works.  I am going to start tomorrow morning.  I am going to do everything I know I am supposed to do and I am going to see what happens.  I bet we will see some changes!
