Okay…I’ll admit it. I’m behind.
I didn’t do a Weekly Weigh In post last week.
I know what you are thinking…She gained.
Well…guess what?!? YOU ARE WRONG! Ha!
If you were thinking…Lord…she’s a teacher. The first week back is always crazy. No wonder she didn’t post…
Ding, ding, ding…winner!
Okay…in all seriousness, I didn’t post last week due to a lack of time and energy. I apologize profusely! I did however work several 12 hour days and one 14 hour day so I hope you will forgive me.
Let’s start with last week. As you might remember, I had the Traveling Tracker. It scared me. I didn’t want to be the ONLY one to gain with that darn thing. So, I tracked and measured every darn thing I put in my mouth. So…of course…I lost!
Yeah! 1.4 is a good loss for me. I had done a juice fast the previous weekend so I was ecstatic to not only keep that weight off but also lose another 1.4. I was THRILLED!
On to this week…I didn’t have such a great week eating. I ate out a few times (that whole working 12-14 hour thing) and I didn’t make much time for exercise. I actually considered NOT weighing in. I felt like I DESERVED a no weigh in pass. Well…I weighed on Monday morning and was only up 2 pounds so I decided to weigh in anyway, face the music and move on.
So…dig this…
Yep! Only a 0.2 gain. Now, I did take off my jewelry. I did work out HARD right before my meeting and I did wear workout clothes but Hey…not too shabby!
