Ya’ll…it just keeps happening. I keep losing. And I keep being surprised some weeks. I mean, I ate Sonic for goodness sakes! How does that happen?!? Oh yeah, I track! That’s right. I track and I try to eat within my calorie range on most days. That is the big secret. Amazing, isn’t it!?
So, to see a loss on the scale Monday morning was quite a surprise for me…even if it was a minuscule loss. I mean tiny. I mean almost stay the same. I mean almost not a loss at all. Here it is:

I will take it.
It just proves that if you track, daily, all meals, everyday, without fail, and stay within your range on MOST days, you WILL lose. Even if you eat Sonic.
