I ate fast food last week…a lot! I can’t really tell you why except I was lazy.
I didn’t walk last week…at all. I can’t really tell you why except I was lazy.
I didn’t track last week…maybe a little. I can’t really tell you why except I was lazy.
Moral of the story…you be lazy, you gain weight.
You gain 2.6 pounds to be exact. Darn…
Am I surprised? No.
Am I upset? Not really.
Was it to be expected? Pretty much!
So, the main thing to ask oneself after a substantial gain is, “What will you do differently this week?”
Will I walk this week? I plan to. At least three times for a substantial amount of time.
Will I track this week? For sure. Every-darn-day.
Will I eat out this week? NO! It is too expensive and it is really does not taste that great!
If I will do those three things I should be successful on Monday when I weigh in.
This whole one-day-at-a-time thing really allows me the freedom to start over when big fat screw ups happen. That is why I love it. Seriously. Start over. Today!
I did.
I have a Dietbet ending this weekend. I am not going to win this one with my recent gain. I am hosting a new one that starts next week. Will you join us? Spring break will be over and it will be time to get serious before summer. Consider it and then click HERE.
It’s a new week. Start over. Now. Today.
How was your weigh in? Hope it was better than mine.
