I guess this whole tracking thing and staying within your daily goal really works…who would have thought?

13.6 for the year…rock on!

I am so excited!  I thought for sure this would be the week I lost my losing streak.  Now, I am so happy to say that I have lost weight EVERY week in 2015.  Even if it was just a little (0.4), it was a loss.  That is my goal.  Lose every week.  No matter how small.

It really dawned on me this week that the time is going to pass anyway.  I am so thankful that I decided 43 days ago that I had enough and I was ready to do things differently.  I am so thankful that I allowed others to help me and encourage me to do something.  I am so thankful that I am not sitting by saying, “Man…I wish I had started on January 1!”

A reader told me about this quote and I just love it:

Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.  The time will pass anyway!

I just love that so much!  It is so true!

So, this week, as I share my weigh in with you, I want to encourage you to start.  Just start.  You will be amazed at what you can do when you just start.
