Be Happy – Weekly Weigh In

Happy Saturday!  I have totally slacked on posting this week!  I always like to have my weigh in’s done by Wednesday but going out of town and then trying to adjust back into a routine just distracted me.  However, here it is.  Monday’s weigh in:

March 9 2015 weigh in

It’s going down…it’s yelling TIMBER!

Now, for the total…

March 9 total weight loss

Almost 17 pounds in two and a half months!  So happy!

Tracking what I eat really works…it’s amazing!

I saw this quote the other day and I just love it!

The secret of being happy is accepting where you are in life and making the most out of everyday

How many times do we say we will be happy when…

we lose weight

we get a new job

we get married

we stop smoking

we get pregnant

the kids move out

[insert anything you wish for here]

Stop.

Be happy now.

Are you healthy?  Do you have a family that loves you?  Are you alive?

Be happy.

Then, start living your life.  Stop waiting for things to happen and live now.  Do things that scare you.  Challenge yourself.  Laugh.  Dance.  Cry.  Sing.  Love.  Be.

Live your life NOW!  Stop waiting for things to be how you think they should be.  Life can change in an instant so enjoy what you have now.

This is also a good time to do whatever it takes to make YOU happy.  If you are not currently happy in your situation, do something about it.  You have the power to change your life.  Only you.  What are you waiting for?
