New Medifast Smoothies- Review

Well, I got home from my beach vacation to find two new smoothie products from Medifast at my door. One was called Triple Berry Smoothies. The other is Pineapple Mango Smoothies.

 Now, I was a little worried to try these. I love smoothies. I really do, I love smoothies. I didn’t want to try these and not like them. Did I mention how much I love smoothies? Hahaha.

The first one I decided to try was the triple berry smoothie. I made it just like the package said to. It was sooooo good. I really enjoyed it. It had  yogurt added so it ended up being pretty thick. It also had little chunks of berries in it. If you are missing the fact we don’t get fruit on this meal plan, this shake will help with that craving!! I was so happy that I liked at least one.

Medifast Triple Berry Smoothie

The nutrition facts for the triple berry smoothie are:

Calories: 100

Fat: 0

Cholesterol: 5 mg.

Sodium: 250 mg.

Potassium: 410 mg.

Carbohydrates: 12 g.

Protein: 11 g.

Then on to the Pineapple Mango smoothie. I was a little more nervous to try this one. I’m not sure why. I love stuff with mango but I don’t like the cranberry mango drink. That may be why I was so iffy to try it. Well, I liked this on too. Just about as much as the other. The pineapple flavor seemed to be stronger than the mango. Once again there were little bits of fruit probably pineapple and it was good. This one did not have  yogurt so it was a little thinner. I just added a little more ice than called for to thicken it a little more.

Calories: 90

Fat: 0

Cholesterol: 0

Sodium: 170 mg.

Potassium: 400 mg.

Carbohydrates: 14 g.

Protein: 12 g.

What I like about these smoothies are you make them exactly like the packet says. You don’t have to soak or add anything extra. Easy is the way to go and what I like!  Not to mention that they are delicious!!

Most of the reviews that I have been reading about these are very positive. Most of them like the triple berry better than the pineapple mango. I like them both and they will be regular foods in my future order!! They are very refreshing and easy to make during the HOT summer months!!
