Hershey’s Krackel Protein Shake – Recipe

Another fabulous Hershey bar in the Hershey miniature bag is the Krackel.

The krispies inside this chocolate bar give it the perfect texture for melt in your mouth goodness.

This protein shake has the taste of a Krackel but is full of protein so you will stay satisfied after your workout or all morning long if you choose this to have at breakfast.

Hershey’s Krackel Protein Shake

Serves:  1

Nutrition Facts:  196 Calories, 6 grams Fat, 16 grams Carbs, 3.2 grams Fiber, 20.6 grams Protein

Weight Watchers Points Plus:  5 per serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 Tbs Sugar Free Torani Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 Tbs Hershey’s Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop Stevia
  • 1/4 cup rice krispie cereal

Directions:

Start with THIS recipe for a standard chocolate protein shake except omit the carob powder.  Put all of the ingredients above into your blender except for the rice krispies.  Blend until smooth.  Add the 1/4 cup rice krispie cereal, give your blender two quick pulses and it is good to go!  You don’t want to blend it too much because you want some krispie chunks like in the candy bar.
