Three weeks from yesterday, I will have finished my first half-marathon. Holy cannoli!
I am excited, nervous, anxious, and scared all rolled up into one. One thing I know for sure is I have trained. I have stuck to my half-marathon training schedule religiously. I have not missed one training day yet! For that, I am very proud of myself.
I also know I am getting faster.

As you can see, I rocked my timed 10k last night. I felt so good when I was done!
I am also getting more confident. I now know that I will not only finish this race but I will finish this race strong! I get emotional when I think about race day. This has been a goal for a long time and I am actually going to do this.
Now, one question for all of you who run. What apparel should I run in? I am used to running in t-shirts but I feel like I need a moisture wicking top to get the sweat away from my body. The problem is, I don’t like tops that are too tight. I have too many fat rolls for that! Can anyone recommend a top to purchase that isn’t too clingy but does the job?
Three more weeks. I’ve got this!
