I had a very busy schedule and I have very LONG days! Not only do I work from 7 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. but then I usually tutor at least an hour or two after school. That usually puts me home around 6 or 6:30. Wherever and whenever I can save time, I do!
Today was another one of those long days. On top of my full days, I had an 8 mile run scheduled on my half-marathon training plan tonight when I got home. That puts me out about an additional hour and a half. Before I could even head home, I had to stop at the store to get some groceries and a few other things on my list like shampoo and fabric softener. On my way home, I stopped by Publix (of course!). Is there any other place to shop?
In their weekly sales flyer was an add for Proctor and Gamble’s promotion for this week called “One List Life.” All I had to do was purchase four of the participating products(that I already needed) and I could have a FREE Rotisserie chicken.

Ok- Let me get this straight. I go to the store I love, shop for the things I need, AND have a healthy dinner not only made for me but it doesn’t cost anything?!? What’s the catch?!? There is none!
There are several items that you can purchase with this promotion. You don’t have to buy all of them. Just four. The items you can purchase are:

- Downy
- Cascade Complete Gel or Powder
- Cascade Action Pacs
- Bounty
- Charmin
- Always Pads
- Tampax Tampons
- Pantene Pro-V
- Iams
- Pampers
Tell me you don’t need AT LEAST a few of those items this week!?!
There is no coupon to print and nothing to even show the cashier. As long as you buy at least four of the participating products on the list, when the cashier hits total, the cost of the Rotisserie chicken will automatically come off. All of the participating items are on sale AND if you have coupons from the paper or online, you can use those too! It couldn’t be any easier!
